When you choose to share the ‘Pitch Candidates’ link with contacts inside of Recruiterflow, you will be able to email it to multiple hiring managers with it. The email with the link will be shared separately to every hiring manager without them understanding who the other recipients are.
Next, when the hiring manager opens the email and clicks on the ‘Pitch Candidates’ link, they will be taken to a new window having the candidate list. However the major difference here would be the ‘Action’ column having three buttons:
Like - Used to signify that the hiring manager likes the candidate and wants to move them ahead in the process.
Drop - Signifies that the hiring manager wants to drop the candidate from the hiring process
Comment - Could be used to seek additional information, ask questions or leave any notes to the recruiter.
Liking a candidate
When the hiring manager chooses to like a candidate, a new window will open up showcasing what action they want to take next and if they want to leave any comment for the recruiter.
The ‘Next Step’ is a mandatory field. We have added four options here for your convenience as seen in the image below. However, you can change these options or add new ones by going to CRM settings in Recruiterflow.
Once the hiring manager selects the next step and clicks on save, an email will be shared with the recruiter along with the response. In case the hiring manager has added a comment, that too will be shared in the email as seen in the image below.
You will also get a notification inside Recruiterflow and an activity will be created on the candidate and the contact profile.
Dropping a candidate
In case the hiring manager chooses to ‘Drop’ a candidate, they can directly click on the Drop button. There will be no further steps here and an email will be sent to the recruiter with the hiring manager’s response as seen below.
You will also get a notification inside Recruiterflow and an activity will be created on the candidate and the contact profile.
