When you are pitching candidates to contacts, you might create several MPC links based on different criteria. However, sometimes you would want to tweak an already created link and reuse it for a pitch.
This could be due to some reasons like when a candidate is no longer available for the job, when the contact's requirements change, or maybe you want to make some changes based on contact feedback.
In any of such situations, you can reuse an MPC link by hiding some candidates from the link. Here’s how you can do it:
Head to Settings > CRM Settings
Click on the ‘Opens’ adjacent to the MPC link where you want to make the change
Switch to the ‘Candidate Visibility’ tab as seen below. Over here you can click on the Visibility icon found beside the candidate names.
If the icon is blue it signifies that the contact can see the candidate in the link
If the icon is grey, the contact won’t see the candidate in the link.
With this ability, you can efficiently manage your MPC links, keep the candidate list relevant, and reuse links for future job openings, leading to better contact satisfaction and more streamlined recruitment processes.
