Having the ability to preview an MPC link before sharing it with your contacts helps you validate that the information presented is accurate and professional, giving you confidence in your candidate presentations.
There are three ways to Preview an MPC link in Recruiterflow:
Before Sharing it with Contacts
When you create an MPC link, you will see a ‘Preview link’ option at the bottom.
While Drafting your Pitch
You have the option to preview when you are drafting your pitch email to clients after clicking on the ‘Create and share with contacts’ button as seen in the image on top.
In the Settings
At any time after creating an MPC link, you can head to Settings > CRM Settings and click on any MPC link to preview it.
Two Ways to Preview:
Depending on how you share the MPC link the preview link will show you two options:
Option 1 - Anonymous
This is the view your client would see when they are still not a part of your Recruiterflow CRM and you share the link by copying it and pasting it in an external platform (think iMessage, Linkedin, Messengers. etc).
Option 2 - Client View
This will showcase the view your clients will see when you share it with them through Recrutierflow via an email or a campaign. The main difference here is that the client will have the action buttons - Like, Decline, and Comment that are not present in the Anonymous view.
Note: The Preview link should be used for internal purposes and hence the action buttons are disabled. Please check the link before sharing it with contacts.
When to Preview MPC Links
Previewing an MPC link is beneficial in various scenarios:
Before Initial Sharing: Always preview the link before sharing it with clients for the first time to ensure all information is correct.
After Making Updates: If you’ve made any updates to the candidate profiles or the MPC link, preview it again to verify the changes.
For High-Value Clients: When sharing MPC links with key clients or for high-value placements, previewing ensures you maintain a high level of professionalism.
For New Clients: For new clients, a well-presented and accurate MPC link can make a strong first impression and build trust.
Before Sending Bulk Emails: When including MPC links in email campaigns, preview to ensure that each link is correctly personalized and displays the right information.
