How can a recruiter track all the ‘Pitch Candidates’ links and make changes in the hiring manager's responses?

Where to track your Pitch Candidates links in CRM Settings — open counts and candidates per link — and how to customize the Next Step options a hiring manager picks after liking a candidate.

This is for recruiters who pitch candidates regularly and want to see how their Pitch Candidates links are performing — and control the options a hiring manager picks from when they Like a candidate.

What you can do here

From one place you can track every Pitch Candidates link you've shared and customize the responses managers choose after liking a candidate. Both live under CRM Settings.

Tracking your Pitch Candidates links

Open CRM Settings to find the Pitch Candidates links table. For each link you can see:

  • How many times the link has been opened.

  • Which candidates were included in it.

If you're an Admin, the table shows every link your team has created, not only your own.

Configuring the manager's "Like" responses

When a hiring manager Likes a candidate, they pick a Next Step. Recruiterflow ships with four defaults:

  1. Call me

  2. Send me more details by email

  3. Schedule a call with the candidate

  4. Introduce me and the candidate via email

You can add, edit, or delete these options from the control at the top of the Pitch Candidates links table — in the same CRM Settings tab.

Things to know

  • Tracking and the response options both live in CRM Settings — Admin access is needed to see team-wide links and to edit the Next Step options, and those edits apply workspace-wide.

  • Open counts only reflect links shared in a trackable way — pitches sent as a plain copied link aren't tracked.
