Candidates with impeccable track records are very rare and usually get placed faster than anybody else. If you are an agency that continuously deals with such candidates then managing your pitches could be a task. But we at Recruiterflow have untangled it for you.
If you regularly pitch candidates to multiple hiring managers in different industries or verticals, you have the option to view these links, see how many times the link has been opened, and also understand which candidates have been part of the link.
You can find this option under CRM Settings of Recruiterflow. The table will have the option to see your links and if you are an admin, you can see all the links created by your team as well. This is how it looks:

Additionally, you can also configure the hiring manager's response when they ‘like’ a particular candidate in the ‘Pitch Candidates’ link. By default, we have added four options:
Call me
Send me more details by email
Schedule a call with the candidate
Introduce me and the candidate via email
If you wish to change any of these options or add new ones altogether, you can do it in the same CRM Settings tab.
You will find the option to change this right on top of the Pitch Candidates links table.
You can either add new options here, edit the current ones, or delete the ones you wish.
