The candidate profile has moved from one fixed layout to a page built out of cards — Contact Info, Experience, Files, Jobs, Notes, and more — arranged across three columns.
Why this changed: the old profile forced every recruiter into the same layout regardless of how they actually work.
A sourcer screening 30 candidates a day needs different things front and center than a recruiter managing an active pipeline. Cards can now be added, removed, reordered, and resized by column, so the page can match the workflow instead of the other way around.
What stays the same: the header at the top of the page — name, title, company, location, star rating, tags, and status banners — is fixed and cannot be customized. Everything below it is a movable card.
Example: A recruiter who leans on Contact Info and Recent Activities all day can pin both to the top of the Middle column, while an account manager might prioritize Jobs and Placements instead.
