If you've used Recruiterflow before, three things will feel different right away.
The "Edit" modal is gone. Every editable field - name, title, company, location, tags, star rating, and every card field, is now edited by clicking directly on it. There's no separate edit screen anymore.
The layout is now customizable. Previously every user saw the same fixed set of sections in the same order. Now the page is built from cards that can be added, removed, and rearranged into a 3-column layout, either by an individual for themselves or by an admin for a team.
This is part of a broader shift: Recruiterflow is moving from one fixed CRM record to an Adaptive Workspace that's configured around how your firm actually operates, at the Organization, Team, and Individual level.
Existing data didn't move or change. Your custom field categories became cards automatically. Uncategorized fields split into "Fields" and "Additional Fields" cards. No candidate data was altered, only how it's displayed.
Things to know:
If you relied on the Edit button, look for the same field directly on the page and click it.
Your account's Standard view reflects the default layout until an admin customizes it.
Existing custom field data is untouched, only its container changed.
