Adaptive Workspace — Recruiterflow's approach to profile design: instead of one fixed record for every user, each entity profile (Candidate, Job, Company, Contact, and more) can be configured around the information, intelligence, and actions that matter to a given Organization, Team, or Individual.
View — A saved card layout configuration, including which cards are in which columns, in what order, and with what settings. The concrete mechanism behind an Adaptive Workspace.
Card Instance — One placement of a card type within a view. The same card type can have multiple instances, each independently named and configured.
View Resolution Priority — The fixed order Recruiterflow uses when more than one view could apply to a user: Personal, then Specific-user, then Team, then Standard.
Override Personal Views — A publish-time option that forces every assigned user onto a new Team or Specific-user view, even if they had a Personal view active.
Singleton Card — A card type that can only appear once per view.
Standard View — The account-wide default layout, editable only by admins, applied to anyone without a more specific view.
Submission vs. Placement — A submission is presenting a candidate to a client; a placement means they were actually hired. These are not interchangeable terms in Recruiterflow.
