If you regularly upload candidates, contacts, or companies from spreadsheets that share the same column layout, you don't have to map the fields by hand every time. Recruiterflow remembers your recent mappings, so you can reuse one and skip straight to the upload.
Start a bulk upload
Go to the Candidates, Contacts, or Companies tab and click the + button in the top-right corner.
Choose your file
Select Bulk upload via Spreadsheet and pick the file you want to upload.
Confirm the data
Check the mapping to make sure that everything is mapped correctly, then proceed further.
Reuse a previous mapping
On the right side you'll see a dropdown listing the mappings from your last 10 bulk uploads. Pick the one that matches this file's layout and Recruiterflow fills in the field mapping on the left automatically.
Review the mapped fields, then click Save and Continue to run the upload.
Example
Every Monday you import a fresh candidate list from the same sourcing vendor, always with identical columns (Name, Email, LinkedIn, Current Title). The first week you map those columns once. Every week after, you start the upload, open the mappings dropdown, pick last week's mapping, and the four fields snap into place — turning a minute of clicking into a couple of seconds.
Things to know
Only your 10 most recent bulk uploads appear in the dropdown. If you reuse a layout less often than that, it may roll off the list and you'll need to map it again.
Mappings are tied to the entity type. A mapping saved for a candidate upload won't appear when you're uploading contacts or companies.
Always review the auto-filled mapping before saving — if your spreadsheet's columns changed even slightly, a reused mapping can send data to the wrong field.
