Advanced reports in Recruiterflow BI provide detailed insights and allow you to tailor your analytics to meet specific needs. Once you’ve created an advanced report, you can pin it to your dashboard for quick access and better visibility.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to adding an advanced report to your dashboard.

Steps to Add an Advanced Report to Your Dashboard
There are four ways to add an advanced report yo your dashboard:
While creating a new advanced report
From the Advanced Reports tab under Recruiterflow BI
While viewing an Advanced Report
From the Dashboard
Let's explore each of these ways:
1. While Creating a New Advanced Report

Once your advanced report is created, you can add it to your dashboards while saving it.
You can specify the dashboards you want your advanced report added by clicking the Save button. These can be personal dashboards OR team/shared dashboards.
Once you have selected the reports, ensure you click on the Save & Add to Dashboard button.
2. From the Advanced Reports Tab
If you want to add already created advanced reports to your dashboard:
Head to the Recruiterflow BI tab from the side navigation menu.
Navigate to the My Reports OR Shared Reports page, depending on the advanced report you want to add to your dashboard. Next, click on the 'Add report to dashboard' icon found adjacent to an advanced report and click on that as seen in the image.
You can now add the reports to the dashboards you want by selecting them from the dropdown and clicking on Save.
3. While Viewing an Advanced Report
If you have already opened an advanced report and are viewing it, you will find an 'Add report to dashboard' icon on the top right corner, beside the Edit Report button. You can simply click on that icon, select the dashboards you want to add the report to and finally click on Save.
4. From the Dashboard
Head to your dashboard and click on the 'Add Card' button on top
In the next window, choose the advanced reports from the dropdown to add to the selected dashboard
You can also create a new Advanced Report by clicking on the +New Advacned Report link
Finally, click on +Add.

Verify Permissions: Ensure you have the necessary permissions to edit dashboards.
Refresh Your Browser: Sometimes, changes may not immediately reflect due to caching.
