How to Add Reports to Your Dashboard

A single view for all your important reports

Pinning a report to your dashboard means you see your key numbers the moment you log in — no navigating back to Reports every time. You can add any report from the Recruiting, Sales, or Saved Reports sections.


How to add a report to your dashboard

  1. Open the Reports tab and select the report type you want (Recruiting, Sales, or a Saved Report).

  2. Configure the report the way you want it to appear on your dashboard. Set your filters, groupings, date range, and chart type before pinning — the dashboard will show the report exactly as you've set it up here.

  3. Click the Add to dashboard icon next to the report name at the top of the page.

  4. Name the report and select a dashboard in the dialog that appears, then click Save. If you have access to multiple dashboards, you can add the same report to more than one.

The report now appears on your selected dashboard. Access it anytime by clicking the home icon in the left navigation and choosing your dashboard.


Things to know

  • You can add as many reports as you like, but keeping it to the ones you check daily makes the dashboard most useful.

  • Changes you make to the report inside Reports are not automatically reflected on the dashboard — you'll need to re-add the report if you want a different configuration pinned.
