Recruiterflow BI allows you to create and manage reports to analyze your recruiting data and drive better decision-making. To streamline report management and accessibility, your reports are categorized into two sections: My Reports and Shared Reports.

This guide explains these categories and how you can use them effectively.

My Reports

What Are My Reports?

My Reports are reports that you have either created or added to as an owner. These reports are private by default, which means they are accessible only to you unless you explicitly share them with others.

Features of My Reports

  • Ownership: You are the sole owner of these reports.

  • Customization: You can edit, modify, and delete these reports as needed.

  • Privacy: These reports are not visible to other team members unless shared.

When to Use My Reports

  • When you want to analyze data for personal insights.

  • For drafts and testing new ideas before sharing.

  • To store customized versions of existing reports tailored to your workflow.

Shared Reports

What Are Shared Reports?

Shared Reports are reports that have been made accessible to multiple team members. These can include reports shared with you by others.

Features of Shared Reports

  • Collaboration: Multiple users can view and interact with these reports.

  • Permissions: The creator of the report can control who can view, edit, or manage the report.

  • Accessibility: These reports are visible under the "Shared Reports" tab for all team members with access.

When to Use Shared Reports

  • When collaborating with team members on specific data insights.

  • To provide team-wide visibility into key metrics and analytics.

  • To ensure consistency and standardization in reporting.

By categorizing your reports into "My Reports" and "Shared Reports," Recruiterflow BI ensures a structured and collaborative reporting experience. This enables better personal data analysis and team collaboration.
