The Placements tab in Recruiterflow is a centralized hub designed to help recruiting teams manage, track, and optimize candidate placements across all job types - permanent, contract, and RPO. It offers tools for segmenting placements, engaging candidates, managing contract-specific operations, and editing placement details.

This guide provides a comprehensive overview of the functionalities available within the Placements tab.

Accessing the Placements Tab

You will find the Placements Tab under the Recruiting section in the side bar as see in the image below.

Utilizing Segments for Efficient Filtering

Segments in the Placements tab allow you to filter and organize placement records based on specific criteria, enabling quick access to relevant information.

Creating a Segment

  1. In the Placements tab, click on the Filter button.

  2. Select the criteria you wish to filter by (e.g., job title, client name, placement status).

  3. After setting your filters, click on Save.

  4. Name your segment for easy identification and select who you want to share it with, and finally click Save.

Engaging Candidates Post-Placement

Maintaining communication with placed candidates is crucial for relationship management and future opportunities. The Placements tab facilitates this through integrated engagement tools.

Sending Emails

  1. Open the candidate's profile you wish to engage with and head to the Email tab as seen in the image below.

  2. Compose your message or select a pre-defined template.

  3. Click Send or Schedule to dispatch the communication.

This functionality helps in conducting check-ins, gathering feedback, or informing candidates about new opportunities.

Managing Contract-Specific Operations

For contract and RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) placements, Recruiterflow provides a simple way to extend a placement, cancel a placement, and convert it to perm.

  1. Open a Contract placement from the Placements Tab.

  2. Click on the edit option as seen in the GIF, and then based on your requirement, either choose to extend, convert to perm, or cancel a placement.

  3. You will be asked to add additional details like new joining date, salary, etc, based on the option you choose. You can simply add them and click on Save.

Editing Placement Information

Accurate and up-to-date placement records are essential for reporting and compliance. The Placements tab allows you to edit placement details as needed.

Steps to Edit Placement Details

  1. In the Placements tab, locate the placement you wish to edit.

  2. Click on the Edit button.

  3. Update the necessary fields, such as start date, salary, bonus, or revenue attribution, etc

  4. Click Save to apply the changes.

Additional Features

  • Bulk Actions: Select multiple placements to perform bulk operations like sending emails or updating statuses.

  • Export Data: Export placement data to CSV for external analysis or reporting.

  • Custom Fields: Add custom fields to capture additional information specific to your agency's needs.
