The Client Portal helps you collaborate seamlessly with your clients by sharing shortlisted candidates for their review.
However, you may not always want every candidate visible to your clients right away. For example, if you’re waiting on reference checks, managing confidential searches, or holding back backup options.
Recruiterflow gives you precise control over which candidates appear in the client portal. With just one click, you can hide or reveal candidate profiles, ensuring your client sees only the candidates you’re ready to share.
How to Hide a Candidate from the Client Portal?
If you want to keep a candidate private until you’re ready to share them:
Go to the Job Pipeline in Kanban View.
Navigate to the specific job for which you want to manage candidates.
Locate the Candidate.
Find the candidate you wish to hide in the pipeline stages.
Click the Eye Icon.
Hover over the candidate card.
Click the Eye icon (👁️) to hide/unhide the candidate from the client portal.
Note: Hidden candidates remain fully visible to your internal team within Recruiterflow.
You can also hide the candidate in the portal by heading to the candidate profile and enabling/disabling the eye icon, as seen in the image below.
