We believe you can perform best when you can maintain complete transparency with your clients. This helps you create an environment of trust and place candidates faster.

To enable this, we give you a way to share all the candidates in a particular stage with the team on the client side.

Here's how you can go about that:

Step 1:  Add Company and Contacts at Job Setup

When creating a job, input the company for which you are recruiting. Also, add the contacts on the client side who will need access to the candidates. If the contact doesn’t exist in Recruiterflow, add them first. Here’s how you can add contacts to Recruiterflow.

Step 2: Select the Stages You Want to Share

Once you set up the job, head to the "Interview plan" tab. Here, you can customize the pipeline for each job or use the default pipeline provided by Recruiterflow.

To share candidates at a specific stage with the client, click on the options icon for that stage and select "Share with contacts." All candidates in that stage will be shared with the contacts you added earlier.

You can see all shared stages by the group symbol next to the stage name. To unshare, simply click on the same options icon for that stage and select "Unshare with contacts."

Clients will only see files and scorecards for the job they are assigned to. Notes, emails, and past job details are hidden.

Customizing the Client Portal

You can enhance the client experience by customizing the client portal. To do that, head to "Client Portal Settings." Here's what you can do here:

Personalized Company Logo:

Clients will see their company logo when logging into the portal, adding a personalized touch.

Field Configuration

Configure which fields are visible to clients, such as hiding last name, email address, phone number, and social profiles like LinkedIn.

Client Feedback

Clients can give a thumbs up or thumbs down to candidates in the client portal. Based on their action, you can move the candidate to a predefined stage.

For example,

A thumbs-up moves the candidate to a predefined stage, like "Company Submission."

A thumbs-down disqualifies the candidate for a specific reason.
