When you mark a placement in Recruiterflow, key placement data is automatically pushed to Timesheet Portal — so contractors, approvers, and job details are ready to go without any manual data entry.
What gets sent to Timesheet Portal
Every time a placement is created in Recruiterflow, the following data is sent automatically:
Client details — name, address, postcode, city, state, and country
Contact (approver) information — the client-side approver's contact details
Candidate (contractor) information — name, email, and client association
Job details — job code, title, and description
Placement details — start date, end date, salary, charge amount, and currency
How to set it up
This integration requires a one-time setup by the Recruiterflow team. Here's how it works.
Step 1: Gather your Timesheet Portal credentials
In Timesheet Portal, find your integration credentials — you'll need:
Client ID
Client Secret
Your Timesheet Portal login URL
Step 2: Send the details to Recruiterflow support
Email help@recruiterflow.com with the subject "Enable Timesheet Portal Integration" and include:
Client ID
Client Secret
Your Timesheet Portal login URL
Your Recruiterflow account URL
Step 3: Recruiterflow configures and tests the connection
Once the team receives your request, they'll validate your credentials, enable the integration on your account, and run a test sync to confirm everything is working.
Step 4: You're live
From this point on, every new placement you create in Recruiterflow will automatically push the relevant data to Timesheet Portal — no further action needed on your end.
Things to know
Setup is done once per Recruiterflow account, not per user.
Only new placements created after the integration is enabled will be pushed. Historical placements are not synced retroactively.
If you update a placement after it's been created, changes are not automatically re-synced. Contact support if you need an update pushed.
For any issues after setup, email help@recruiterflow.com with your account URL and a description of the problem.
