Adding multiple candidates to a campaign

Drop a selected list of candidates into any active outreach campaign in one click.

Written by Debangana Mitra

Run an outreach sequence on a batch of candidates without adding them one at a time. From the Candidate Inbox, you can drop a selected list into any active campaign in a single click.

How it works

Campaigns are automated email sequences — once a candidate is added, Recruiterflow sends each step of the sequence on schedule. Bulk-adding is the fastest way to start outreach on a sourced list, an event roster, or anyone you've just tagged.

Steps

  1. Open the Candidate Inbox.

  2. Use the checkboxes on the candidate cards to select the candidates.

  3. Hover over Add to campaign at the top of the page.

  4. Pick the campaign you want from the dropdown.

  5. Confirm. Each selected candidate is added to the campaign and the sequence starts on schedule.

An example

You just imported 50 senior product designers from a LinkedIn list. Open the Candidate Inbox, filter to the import, select all 50, hover Add to campaign, and pick your "Senior Designer Outreach Q2" campaign. The first email goes out at the campaign's scheduled time.

Things to know

  • If a candidate is already a recipient on the same campaign, they won't be added again.

  • Candidates with an unsubscribe on file are skipped automatically.

  • To pull someone out of a campaign later, see Stop a campaign for one or more recipients.
