Overview: Exec Watchlist

What Exec Watchlist is, how it works, and what you can do with it; your starting point for BD intelligence inside Recruiterflow.

Written by Amogh Balikai

Exec Watchlist lets you monitor leadership changes at any company in your Recruiterflow CRM and receive a daily alert when a relevant executive joins or leaves, even if you've never met anyone there.

It's built for business development. The moment an exec departs, there's a backfill opportunity. The moment one arrives, there's a new decision-maker to introduce yourself to. Exec Watchlist surfaces both signals so your team can act first.

How it works

You set a watchlist on any Company profile in Recruiterflow. You define which executive titles you want to track, and optionally filter by function or location. Recruiterflow monitors that company and delivers a consolidated daily digest when a movement is detected.

While Job Change Alerts track people already in your database, Exec Watchlist monitors at the company level. You get alerts for executives you've never interacted with, not just existing contacts.

What you can do

  • Set a watchlist on any Company profile to start monitoring executive movement

  • Receive a daily email and in-app digest listing new executive movements across all your watched companies

  • Add executives directly to your database from an alert without leaving Recruiterflow

  • Accept job changes for executives already in your database to keep their profiles current

  • Enroll executives in sequences, find their email or phone, and create tasks, all from the alert card

  • View all active watchlists and alerts across your team in the Exec Watchlist tab inside Job Change Alerts

Where to find it

Exec Watchlist lives in two places:

  • Company profile page: Look for the Exec Watchlist card on any company. This is where you create and manage watchlists and see the 3 most recent alerts for that company.

  • Job Change Alerts section → Exec Watchlist tab — This shows all alerts across all your watched companies, organized into New, Accepted, and Dismissed tabs.
