Exec Watchlist uses a daily digest model - one consolidated notification per day when new alerts exist. There are no per-alert push notifications, which keeps your inbox clean even if you're monitoring multiple companies.
How the daily digest works
Once per day, Recruiterflow checks whether any new exec movement alerts have been detected for your watchlists since the last digest. If there are new alerts:
You receive an in-app bell notification with the total count of new movements and a link to review them.
You receive an email digest listing each new alert with the executive's name, movement type, company, and a direct deep link into Recruiterflow.
If there are no new alerts since the last digest, no notification is sent.
What the email digest contains
Each alert in the email shows:
Company name
Movement type (Incoming or Outgoing)
Executive name
Previous title and company → new title and company
Movement date
A note if the exec is already in your database ("Already in your database — job change pending review")
A direct link to review the alert in Recruiterflow
How to turn off the email digest
Go to Settings → Email Notification Preferences.
Find Exec Alert Digest — Email and toggle it off.
Turning off the email digest only stops the email. In-app bell notifications are unaffected and will continue.
Things to know
The digest is per-user. Each person on your team controls their own email notification preference independently.
The digest is account-wide. It covers all active watchlists in your account, not just the ones you personally created.
There is no per-alert real-time notification. If you need to catch movements faster, check the New tab in the Exec Watchlist directly.
