You can set an Exec Watchlist on any Company profile in Recruiterflow. Once active, Recruiterflow monitors that company for executive movements and alerts you daily when a match is detected.
You need edit access to the Company profile to create a watchlist. If you can only view the company, the setup button will not appear.
How to create a watchlist
Open the Company profile for the company you want to monitor.
Find the Exec Watchlist section on the profile page.
Click Set Exec Watchlist.
In the panel that opens, enter at least one Job Title to monitor (this field is required). You can add multiple titles, for example, "Chief Financial Officer", "VP Finance", "Head of Finance".
Optionally, add a Function / Department filter (e.g., Engineering, Finance, Sales) and a Location filter to narrow the segment further.
Choose which Alert Types to track: Exec Incoming (someone joins the company) and/or Exec Outgoing (someone leaves). Both are on by default.
Click Save Watchlist.
A success message confirms the watchlist is active. The Company profile now shows an Exec Watchlist card with your configured filters and the creation date.
Example
You're targeting a fintech company for BD. You want to know when a CFO, VP Finance, or Finance Director joins or leaves. You open their Company profile, click Set Exec Watchlist, add those three titles, leave Function and Location blank, and save. The estimator shows 12 matching professionals, well under 100. From that point on, you'll get a daily alert if any of them move.
Things to know
Job Titles is required. You cannot save a watchlist without at least one title. You'll see an inline error if you try.
One watchlist per company. You can only have one active watchlist per Company profile at a time. If one already exists, you'll see an Edit Watchlist button instead.
No alerts yet. After saving, the card shows "Watchlist active — no movements detected yet." Alerts appear as Recruiterflow detects movement matching your segment.
