Using Bulk Actions in Exec Watchlist

How to use multi-select and bulk actions to process many exec alerts at once, including how the smart count logic works.

Written by Amogh Balikai

When you have a lot of alerts in the Exec Watchlist tab, bulk actions let you accept job changes, add people to your database, dismiss alerts, and take follow-up actions across multiple alerts in a single step.

How to select multiple alerts

  1. Go to Job Change Alerts → Exec Watchlist tab.

  2. Use the checkbox on each alert row to select the ones you want to action. Select as many as you need.

  3. A bulk action bar appears above the list once you make a selection.

Bulk actions by tab

New tab

  • Accept Job Change - Applies only to selected alerts where the person IS in your database.

  • Add to Database - Applies only to selected alerts where the person is NOT in your database.

  • Dismiss - Applies to all selected alerts regardless of database status.

Accepted tab

  • Add to Sequence

  • Send Email

  • Create Task

  • Update fields

Dismissed tab

  • Add to Database - Available only for dismissed alerts where the person is not in your database.

Things to know

  • Bulk dismiss moves all selected alerts to the Dismissed tab. For not-in-database alerts, Add to Database is still available in the Dismissed tab even after a bulk dismiss.

  • Bulk "Accept Job Change" writes updated titles and companies to all matched Contact records simultaneously. Double-check your selection before confirming.
