When you have a lot of alerts in the Exec Watchlist tab, bulk actions let you accept job changes, add people to your database, dismiss alerts, and take follow-up actions across multiple alerts in a single step.
How to select multiple alerts
Go to Job Change Alerts → Exec Watchlist tab.
Use the checkbox on each alert row to select the ones you want to action. Select as many as you need.
A bulk action bar appears above the list once you make a selection.

Accept Job Change - Applies only to selected alerts where the person IS in your database.
Add to Database - Applies only to selected alerts where the person is NOT in your database.
Dismiss - Applies to all selected alerts regardless of database status.

Add to Database - Available only for dismissed alerts where the person is not in your database.
Things to know
Bulk dismiss moves all selected alerts to the Dismissed tab. For not-in-database alerts, Add to Database is still available in the Dismissed tab even after a bulk dismiss.
Bulk "Accept Job Change" writes updated titles and companies to all matched Contact records simultaneously. Double-check your selection before confirming.
