Sharing a AIRA Source Project with your team

Control who can see and access an AIRA Source Project: Private, Entire Company, or specific teams and users.

Written by Amogh Balikai

Every Project has a sharing setting that controls who can view and use it beyond the person who created it.

Sharing options

  • Private – only you can see and use this Project

  • Entire Company – every user in your Recruiterflow account can see and use this Project

  • Specific Teams or Users – choose exactly who gets access

How to change sharing settings

  1. Open the Project

  2. Click Update Project Details

  3. Select Private, Entire Company, or Specific Teams/Users

  4. If choosing Specific Teams or Users, search and select who should have access

  5. Click Save Project

Who can change sharing settings

The Project owner and Admins can change sharing settings at any time. Admins have full access to every Project in the account regardless of its sharing setting.

Things to know

  • Changing a Project from Private to shared gives access immediately, there's no approval step

  • Removing someone's access doesn't delete candidates they already added elsewhere
