The Duplicate Companies Detection Agent is restricted to account admins. Recruiters and other non-admin roles won't see it as an option at all.
Why it's admin-only
Merging company records is a database-wide action that touches contacts, jobs, and activity history across the whole account — not something scoped to one recruiter's own pipeline. Recruiterflow limits this to admins the same way it limits other account-wide data operations.
What non-admins see
The agent simply doesn't appear in the AIRA agent directory for non-admin users — there's no greyed-out or locked version visible. If a recruiter notices a company has duplicate records, their path is to flag it to an admin, who can then run the agent.
How attribution works
Every merge, dismiss, and parent reassignment made on the results of a given run is attributed to the admin who clicked Run now for that run — not to whichever admin happens to be reviewing the results, if that's a different person.
Things to know
Any account admin can trigger a run — this isn't limited to a single designated admin.
Changing a user's role to admin gives them access to this agent immediately; no separate feature toggle is needed.
