Once a company profile has one or more portfolio companies mapped to it, it displays a Portfolio card listing every one of them, giving you an instant read on your reach into that investor's whole portfolio.
What's listed
The Portfolio card lists every company mapped to this investor, including ones you have no existing search relationship with yet. It's a complete view of the portfolio, not just the companies you've already worked with.
The icons
Each portfolio company row can show up to two icons:
Hired icon: this portfolio company has at least one placement recorded in Recruiterflow.
Search relationship icon: this portfolio company has an active or past job or deal in Recruiterflow, regardless of whether it resulted in a hire.
These aren't mutually exclusive. A row can show both icons, just one, or neither, depending on your history with that specific portfolio company.
Example
Meridian Capital's Portfolio card lists eight companies. Three show the Hired icon because you've placed candidates there. Two more show only the Search relationship icon, meaning you've run a search or logged a deal but haven't placed anyone yet. The remaining three show neither icon, telling your BD team exactly where the untapped opportunity sits within this investor's portfolio.
Things to know
The Portfolio card is a flat list in its current version. There's no filtering or sorting within the card itself.
Portfolio depth is capped at one level. If a portfolio company is itself an investor with its own portfolio, that second-level portfolio doesn't roll up into the original investor's card.
