Most CRMs give every user the same profile, whether they're a researcher, a recruiter, or the person running the firm. Recruiterflow doesn't work that way. The Job Profile is now a workspace you shape around how your firm actually operates, not a fixed screen everyone has to adapt to.
Open a job today and it looks different. Nothing you relied on is gone. It has a new layout, plus a few tools that didn't exist before.
What stayed the same
All your existing tabs (Pipeline, Activities, Conversations, Calls & Meetings, Files) are still here, in the same tab bar.
Editing a job's core details still works the same way: Job Name, Company, Location, and Commitment open in the same side sheet.
Your existing pipeline data, notes, and files are untouched. This is a layout change, not a data migration.
What's new
A sticky header that stays visible as you scroll, showing job identity, status, and quick actions at all times.
A configurable Details tab. You decide what appears here and how it's organized, so a researcher-heavy team and a client-facing team can both work off the same job without either one wading through fields they don't need.
Search Strategy, a new tab for structuring who you're sourcing and where, replacing the spreadsheet-and-Slack-thread approach most teams use today.
Scout (AIRA plans only), a new tab that brings AI-ranked candidate discovery directly onto the job, so you don't have to leave it to source.
A rebuilt Billing tab with a status summary bar so you can see Paid, Open, and Overdue tranches at a glance.
What to do next
Open a job you're actively working and click through the tab bar. Nothing here requires setup to start using. If you're an Admin, you'll also want to look at customizing the Details tab layout so it fits how your team, not a generic template, actually works.
