Time to Hire Report FAQ

Answers to common questions about the Time to Hire Report — access, calculation, and what counts.

Written by Amogh Balikai

Who can see the Time to Hire Report?

Anyone with access to Reports can open it. Row-level visibility follows the same job and candidate permissions you have everywhere else in Recruiterflow.

Is Time to Hire the same as Time to Fill?

No — they measure different things. Time to Fill is a job-level metric from job open to the date the role is fully staffed. Time to Hire is a candidate-level metric from when that specific person was added to when they were hired. See "Time to Fill vs. Time to Hire vs. Time to Scout" for the full comparison.

Why is a candidate I know was hired missing from the report?

Check that they're still currently marked as Hired — if they were moved out of that stage, or never had a hire date recorded, they're excluded. Also confirm your date range covers their hire date.

Can I export this report?

Yes — download the table as-is, download the bar chart as a PNG, or download both together as a PDF, all from the report toolbar.
