Retranscribe Recording lets you rerun transcription on a completed AIRA Notetaker call, right from the call detail page. Use it when a transcript comes out wrong, most often because Notetaker misidentified the language spoken on the call, resulting in a garbled transcript and summary.
Where to find it
Open any completed call from a candidate, contact, or company profile, or from the Notetaker Meetings list. The Retranscribe Recording action appears on the transcript pane of the call detail page.
Who can use it
Any user who can view a call's transcript can trigger a retranscribe on that call. There's no separate permission layer for this action beyond standard call visibility.
What it does NOT do
Retranscribe Recording does not let you choose a different language for just that one call. It uses the language set in your account's Notetaker settings. It also doesn't keep a visible history of past runs; only the most recent transcript and summary are shown.
See How to Retranscribe a Call Recording for step-by-step instructions.
