Recruiterflow lets you add a live video meeting link to any event you schedule, right alongside a Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link. Once you connect your Zoom account, you can choose Zoom as the video conferencing option when you create or edit an event, and the meeting link goes out with the calendar invite automatically.
How to connect Zoom to Recruiterflow
Go to Settings in Recruiterflow.
Click Integrations in the left sidebar.
Under video conferencing, find Zoom Meeting and click Connect.
Sign in to Zoom when prompted, review the permissions Recruiterflow is requesting, and click Allow.
Before you connect: your Zoom account has to use the same email address as your Recruiterflow account. If the two don't match, the connection won't go through
Adding a Zoom meeting link when you schedule an event
Open the Schedule tab on a candidate, contact, or company profile, or open an event from the Calendar Widget.
In the video conferencing dropdown, select Zoom Meeting.
Fill in the rest of the event details and click Save event.
Recruiterflow generates a Zoom meeting link and includes it in the calendar invite sent to every attendee, along with the event on your synced calendar.
Changing or removing the meeting link
Open the event and click edit. From here you can:
Switch the video conferencing option to a different platform (Google Meet or Microsoft Teams).
Remove the video conferencing option entirely.
Either way, save the event and the change carries over to your calendar and to every attendee's invite.
Practical example
A recruiter is scheduling a first-round interview with a candidate. They open the candidate's profile, click Schedule, pick a time, and select Zoom Meeting from the video conferencing dropdown. When they save the event, the candidate receives a calendar invite with the Zoom link already in it, and the recruiter can join straight from the event on their Recruiterflow calendar.
Things to know
Your Zoom account and Recruiterflow account must share the same email address for the integration to connect.
You can choose between Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, depending on what is connected, independently for each event, you're not locked into one platform for every meeting.
Changing or removing the video conferencing option after the event is created updates the invite and your calendar as well, not just Recruiterflow.
Disconnecting Zoom
Go to Settings > Integrations in Recruiterflow.
Click Disconnect next to Zoom Meeting.
Confirm the disconnection.
Once disconnected, Zoom Meeting won't appear as a video conferencing option for new events. Existing events with a Zoom link already attached aren't affected.
