Get your open job listed on ZipRecruiter directly from Recruiterflow — no separate ZipRecruiter account or integration required. Postings typically go live within 24–48 hours.
Heads up: ZipRecruiter posting is only available for jobs based in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Jobs outside these regions won't be eligible.
Post a job to ZipRecruiter
Open the job you want to promote and click Edit Job on the job card.
Go to the Promote section of the job.
Toggle on the ZipRecruiter option.
In the job's Settings, confirm the Job Status is set to External. Only External jobs are eligible for distribution to job boards and your careers page.
Save your changes.
What happens after you post
Once you've enabled ZipRecruiter and saved, the job is queued for distribution. Expect the listing to appear on ZipRecruiter within 24–48 hours.
Any candidate who applies through ZipRecruiter is added to the job's pipeline automatically — new applicants flow into your Applicants stage as they come in. No manual import needed.
Example
You've just opened a Senior Backend Engineer role for a US-based client and want external applicants flowing in fast. Edit the job, switch the status to External, and toggle on ZipRecruiter in the Promote section. By the next business day, the listing is live and any applicants from ZipRecruiter land in the job pipeline automatically — your team can review and move them through stages from there.
Things to know
Region restriction. The job's location must be in the US, Canada, or UK. Jobs based elsewhere won't be picked up by ZipRecruiter.
Job status matters. Internal jobs are never distributed externally. If your job isn't appearing, the most common cause is the status being set to Internal.
Distribution timing. Allow up to 48 hours for the listing to appear on ZipRecruiter. If it hasn't shown up after that, double-check the job's location and status before contacting support.
Removing a posting. Toggling the ZipRecruiter option off stops Recruiterflow from refreshing the listing. The post may take additional time to clear from ZipRecruiter's side after that.
Inbound applicants. Applicants who apply via ZipRecruiter flow straight into the job pipeline at the Applicants stage — no manual import needed.
Free organic distribution. Posting to ZipRecruiter through Recruiterflow is included with your subscription. For sponsored placement, work with ZipRecruiter directly.
