Keep your pipeline accurate by moving deals to the right stage as they progress. Recruiterflow gives you two ways to do it — drag-and-drop on the board, or a quick update directly from the deal record.
Move a deal by dragging
Go to Deals in the left navigation.
Find the deal card you want to move.
Drag the card to the target stage column and drop it.
The deal lands at the top of the new stage and the board updates instantly for everyone on your team.
Move a deal from the deal record
Click the deal name to open its record.
Find the Stage field at the top of the record.
Click it and select the new stage from the dropdown.
Example
Your team just wrapped an intro call with a client. Drag the deal from Intro Call Scheduled to Proposal Sent — the card moves to the top of its new column, and your pipeline reflects the update in real time.
Things to know
When you move a deal to Closed Won or Closed Lost, Recruiterflow will prompt you to select a reason. These reasons are set by your Admin in Workspace Settings.
The most recently moved deal always appears at the top of its new stage column.
Stage changes are visible to all teammates with access to that deal immediately.
