If deals seem to be missing from your pipeline, the culprit is almost always a filter. Here are the most common reasons and how to clear each one.

You're viewing "My Deals" instead of "All Deals."

Cause: If a colleague owns a deal, it won't appear in your view unless you switch the visibility filter.

Fix: On the Deals page, click on All deals instead of My deals.

You're on the wrong pipeline

Cause: If your workspace has multiple deal pipelines, you may be looking at a pipeline that doesn't include the deals you're searching for.

Fix: Use the pipeline selector at the top of the Deals board to switch to the correct pipeline.

Filter settings are saved per user — changing your view doesn't affect anyone else's.
If you still can't find a specific deal after clearing all filters, search for it by name using the search bar.
If deals appear to be missing entirely (not just hidden by a filter), contact your Admin — they may have restricted deal visibility as per your role permissions.
