Your calendar events aren't syncing because Recruiterflow needs to pull them in from your connected Google or Microsoft account. This usually happens after a new connection or a sync interruption — and it's a quick fix.
How to fix it
Open any candidate profile and go to the Schedule tab.
Click All Events.
Click Import Events to trigger a fresh sync between your calendar and Recruiterflow.
Log out of Recruiterflow, then log back in and check your calendar again.

Things to know
Importing events syncs your calendar across all of Recruiterflow — not just the candidate profile you opened.
Only events from the connected calendar account will sync.
