Set the days and time windows when your campaign emails go out, and block off holidays so nothing lands in a client's inbox over a long weekend.
What schedules do
A schedule controls when Recruiterflow sends your campaign emails. You can define a sending window (so emails only go out between, say, 9am and 5pm), and block specific dates where no campaign activity should run, like public holidays or company shutdowns.
Create or edit a schedule
Go to Settings β Automation Settings.
Click New Schedule to create one. To edit or delete an existing schedule, click the three dots next to its name.
Under SEND ON, set the time window when campaign emails are allowed to go out.
Under DON'T RUN CAMPAIGNS ON, add the dates you want skipped (for example, December 25).
Save.
β
Apply a schedule to a campaign
Open the Campaigns page and click Create a campaign, or open an existing one.
Go to Settings.
Pick your schedule from the schedule dropdown.

Example
You're running a year-end nurture campaign to passive candidates. You don't want emails landing on Christmas Day or New Year's Eve, and you want every send between 9am and 5pm. Create a schedule called "EOY Outreach" that runs 9β5 Monday through Friday, with December 24, 25, 31 and January 1 blocked. Attach that schedule when you create the campaign, and Recruiterflow handles the timing for you.
Things to know
Schedules are workspace-wide. Anyone in your workspace can attach them to a campaign.
Blocked dates are date-specific, not recurring. If you want to skip December 25 every year, add it again next year.
If a campaign tries to send outside the window or on a blocked date, the send is pushed to the next eligible slot, not dropped.
Changes to a schedule apply to active campaigns from that point forward.
