Revenue Report

See revenue from filled placements — permanent and contract — broken down by recruiter, source, job, or client.

Written by Kushagra Dwivedi

See the revenue your team has booked from filled placements — sliced by recruiter, source, job, or client. The Revenue Report covers both permanent and contract placements, so you can review overall agency performance or zero in on a specific recruiter's contribution.

Useful for agency owners doing monthly close, recruiters tracking their own attributed revenue, and finance teams reconciling commissions.

How to run the report

  1. Go to Reports and select Revenue.

  2. Pick the time period at the top.

  3. Use Group By to set the breakdown — Source, Lead Owner, Job, Client Company, and more.

  4. Open Filters to scope the data. The Associated With filter pulls revenue tied to a specific recruiter, which is what you'll want for commission attribution.

  5. Click Download for an export, or Save the view so you don't rebuild the filters every month.

Practical example

An agency owner is preparing March commission payouts. They open the Revenue Report, set the date range to March 1–31, group by Lead Owner, and use the Associated With filter to confirm each recruiter's attributed revenue. They export the breakdown, hand it to finance, and save the view as "Monthly Commission" so April's run is a one-click.

Things to know

  • Revenue shows up here once a placement is marked Hired and has a fee or value attached to the job. Placements without a fee value won't appear in the report.

  • Both permanent placements (placement fee) and contract placements (contract billing) are included.

  • The Associated With filter respects the attribution set on the placement. If a recruiter wasn't added to the deal, they won't appear in their slice of the report — even if they touched the candidate.

  • Saved views are personal, other users won't see them unless shared.
