See every job your team has opened in a given time period, with the slice you need — by client company, recruiter, location, department, or commitment type. The New Jobs Report is the simplest way to answer "what did we take on this month?" or "which industries are we winning new work in?"
Useful for agency owners reviewing business development output, account managers tracking new requisitions, and ops leads building monthly client mix reports.
How to run the report
Go to Reports and select New Jobs.
Pick the time period at the top.
Use Group By to set the breakdown — Job Company, Created By, Location, Department, Job Recruiter, or Commitment.
Open Filters to scope the data using the same options.
Click Download for an export, or Save the view so the filters stick next time.
Practical example
An agency owner wants to see how new business broke down across the team this quarter. They open the New Jobs Report, set the time range to the current quarter, and group by Created By. The breakdown shows each BD rep's new req count at a glance. They group by Job Company next to confirm which clients drove the most new work, then save the view as "Quarterly New Business" for the next leadership review.
Things to know
The report counts jobs by their creation date, not the date they went live or closed. A draft job created in March will still show up in March's report.
Commitment refers to the job's commitment type (e.g., Full-time, Contract) set on the job record. If that field is empty on a job, it won't appear in a Commitment-grouped view.
