Interviews Report

See every interview your team has run or scheduled, past and upcoming — broken down by recruiter, job, or interviewer.

Written by Kushagra Dwivedi

See every interview your team has run or has on the calendar, past and upcoming — with the slice you need by recruiter, job, or interviewer. The Interviews Report is the simplest way to answer "how many interviews did we do last month?" or "what's our interview load this week?"

Useful for recruiters tracking their own interview volume, agency owners benchmarking team activity, and ops leads planning capacity for the week ahead.

How to run the report

  1. Go to Reports and select Interviews.

  2. Pick the time period at the top, set it to a date range in the future to see upcoming interviews, or in the past for completed ones.

  3. Use Group By to set the breakdown — by recruiter, job, or interviewer.

  4. Open Filters to scope the data using the same options.

  5. Click Download for an export, or Save the view so the filters stick next time.

Practical example

A recruiter wants to see how many interviews are on the calendar next week. They open Interviews, set the range to next Monday–Friday, and group by Day. The view shows 22 interviews spread across the week, with Tuesday loaded with 8. They send the export to their team lead with a flag that Tuesday will need backup coverage.

Things to know

  • An interview shows up here once it has a scheduled date, whether or not it has been completed.

  • Cancelled interviews don't appear in the report. Rescheduled interviews appear at their new date.

  • If a single event has multiple interviewers, each interviewer counts separately when you group by interviewer.

  • Saved views are personal, they don't appear for other users unless you share them.
