Posting your jobs to Indeed, SimplyHired, and Glassdoor directly from Recruiterflow is a seamless process. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to do it:
Step 1: Enable Indeed and SimplyHired Job Posting
Navigate to the "Settings" option found in the top right corner of Recruiterflow and head to "General Settings".
Now look for the option "Enable Indeed and SimplyHired job posting" and check the box. Provide the email address that Indeed can use to verify your job postings. Once done, click "Save" to confirm your settings.
Step 2: Connect Your Indeed Paid Account
If you have an existing paid Indeed account and wish to connect it with Recruiterflow, you'll need to connect us with your Indeed representative. Here’s how:
Reach out to us and let us know that you want to integrate your paid Indeed account with Recruiterflow.
You will also have to connect us with your Indeed rep. We’ll coordinate with Indeed to ensure everything is set up on our end so you can post jobs using your existing Indeed paid account.
Once the Indeed integration is enabled, the job will automatically be posted to Indeed, SimplyHired, and Glassdoor, reaching a broader audience.
Important Note:
You can only enable or disable Indeed integration at the global level for all jobs. There is no option to opt-out for individual jobs. If the integration is on, all jobs published on your careers page will automatically be posted on Indeed.
