How to Revoke Recruiterflow's Email and Calendar Access

Step-by-step instructions to disconnect Recruiterflow from your Google or Microsoft account

Written by Umme Saira

If you want to disconnect Recruiterflow from your email or calendar, you can revoke access directly from your Google or Microsoft account settings. This removes Recruiterflow's ability to read or send emails and access calendar events on your behalf.

Google Workspace (Gmail)

  1. Go to myaccount.google.com/security and make sure you're signed in with the correct Google account.

  2. Scroll down to the Linked apps section.

  3. Find Recruiterflow in the list and click on it.

  4. Click Remove Access to revoke permissions.

Microsoft (Outlook / Microsoft 365)

  1. Go to myapps.microsoft.com and sign in with your Microsoft account.

  2. Find Recruiterflow in the list of connected apps.

  3. Click on it and select Manage your application.

  4. On the next page, click Revoke consent to remove access.

Things to know

  • Revoking access only disconnects Recruiterflow from that email/calendar account — it doesn't delete your Recruiterflow data.

  • After revoking, emails and calendar events you've already logged in Recruiterflow will remain in the system.

  • To reconnect later, go to Settings → Permissions tab in Recruiterflow and re-authorize your account. Google Workspace users may need their domain admin to have the app installed first — see How to Install Recruiterflow for Your Google Workspace Domain.
