Candidate Rating feature can help you engage and nuture your Top Candidates.
The first step in achieving this is to mark your Top Candidates 4 or 5 star.
Make sure if a candidate in this list doesn't want you to reach out, keep them either snoozed or unsubscribed.
Create a segment for your Top Candidates whom you want to nurture
Head over to Advanced Search:
1. Choose Candidate Rating as a Filter, the rating value should be either 4-star or 5-star
2. Choose the Filter, Last Contacted. You can choose the period after which you want to reach out to them again. We suggest keeping this to around 180 days.
3. Save this Segment, you can save it as Top Candidates Nurture
Create a Nurture Campaign
Under Campaigns, create a 3-touchpoint email campaign.
You can use personalized fields like the Candidate's Current Company, Job Title, etc.
Keep the follow-ups 7 days apart from each other.
Once this Campaign is created, Save it.
Automate Engagement and Nurture
Create a Recipe for engagement and Nurture
The trigger should be: Candidate enters into Saved Search, choose the Segment created earlier.
The Action should be: Add to Campaign, choose the Campaign we created just now
Note: If each user in your account wants to engage their candidates, in the recipe you can filter of Lead Owner and each user can create their own campaign (by cloning) and Recipe
