Recruiterflow's Live Dashboard Sharing feature allows you to provide clients with real-time insights into their recruitment pipelines directly through the client portal. This enhances transparency, fosters trust, and reduces the need for manual updates.
What Is Live Dashboard Sharing?
Live Dashboard Sharing enables you to grant clients access to dynamic dashboards that display up-to-date information on:
Candidate progress across various stages
Interview feedback and scheduling
Placement statuses
Key performance metrics relevant to their open positions
and more...
Clients can view this information in real-time via the client portal, ensuring they are always informed about the status of their recruitment efforts.
How to Share a Dashboard with a Client
Step 1
First and foremost, understand what you want to share with your clients. This highly depends on the client's requirement and your unique process.
To get a heads up, you can refer to the following help article: What should you ideally share with your clients through a dashboard?
Step 2
Based on your requirement, create these reports and add them to a separate dashboard.

Note: Make sure you have the right client’s job on the dashboard before sharing it.
Step 3
Once you have your dashboard ready, click on the share icon as seen in the image and add the email ids of the clients you want to share the dashboard with and click on Share.
Step 4
Notify the client about this. They will now be able to see the dashboard in the client portal, as seen in the image below.
