What the Follow-up Email Agent does, who it's for, and when it shows up after a Notetaker call.

The Follow-up Email Agent drafts a personalized follow-up email after a Notetaker call, whenever the conversation calls for one, grounded in what was actually discussed, ready to review and send in under a minute.

What it is

After a Notetaker call ends, AIRA reads the transcript and decides whether a follow-up email is warranted, based on open commitments, next steps, or scheduled follow-on actions that came up in the conversation. If it is, you will see the follow up agent in the Notetaker call. Once triggered, AIRA writes a draft in the call organiser's voice and opens it directly in an email compose window on the call record, pre-populated and ready to send.

If nothing in the call warrants a follow-up, nothing happens.

What it does NOT do

  • It does not generate follow-ups in bulk across multiple calls at once.

  • It does not support scheduling or snoozing a follow-up for later. The draft is ready immediately or not at all.

  • It will not surface at all if you don't have a connected email inbox.
