When AIRA decides a follow-up is warranted, it shows an option to generate a ready-to-send draft directly on your call record. Here's how to review and send it.
How it works
After your call ends and AIRA finishes processing, you'll get an option to generate a follow-up email through the agent.
Open the call record, click on the agent. You'll see an email compose window pre-populated with a subject line, body, To (all external participants), and CC (all internal participants, excluding you).
Read through the draft. It's grounded in your actual transcript, cross-referenced with prior emails and CRM notes, and written in your voice.
Edit anything you want to change directly in the compose window.
Click Send.
