Filters
Filters mirror the Group By list exactly and can be combined freely — apply as many as you need to narrow the dataset before or instead of grouping it.
Practical example
An agency owner wants to see hiring speed for contract roles only, split by recruiter. They filter Engagement Type to Contract, then group by Job Role → User — the table now shows average Time to Hire per recruiter, scoped to contract placements only.
