What happens

Job Role has no assigned user

The hire is bucketed as NA in both the bar graph and table rather than dropped.

Candidate has no hire date

Excluded entirely from all Time to Hire calculations.

Candidate not currently in Hired stage

Excluded — Time to Hire only counts candidates who are currently marked Hired.

No Group By applied

A single bar shows the overall average Time to Hire across all qualifying hires in the selected period.

Candidate added and hired on the same day

Counted as a Time to Hire of 0 days, not excluded.

Things to know

  • Time to Hire has no carry-over exclusion the way Time to Scout does — it only measures the added-to-hired gap, regardless of how many times the job reopened in between.

  • A candidate who was previously disqualified and later re-added to the same job is measured from their most recent "added to job" date.
