Profile Customization is where Recruiterflow's Adaptive Workspaces get configured for your account — the system that lets the candidate profile match how your firm works, rather than forcing every user onto one fixed screen.
Go to Settings → Profile Customization → Candidates to see every view currently configured for your account.
On first visit, you'll see a single row: the Standard view, marked as the account default. This is what every user sees until a Team, Specific-user, or Personal view is created and takes priority for them.
To get started:
Review the Standard view first — this is your fallback for everyone.
Decide whether different teams need different layouts (create Team views) or whether individuals need exceptions (Specific-user views).
Let individual recruiters know they can build their own Personal view if the defaults don't fit their workflow.
Things to know:
Only admins can edit the Standard view.
There's no limit on how many Team or Specific-user views can exist, but each requires deliberate assignment.
