The profile header includes a row of action buttons showing few directly and the rest are tucked into the overflow (⋯) menu.
Steps:
Open the Layout Editor for the view you're configuring.
Find the action buttons section above the card columns, click on the overflow (⋯) menu, and then on Control Action Visibility.
Choose which actions appear directly and which fall into overflow, along with the order then publish.
Example: A high-volume sourcing team might prioritize "Send Email" and "Schedule Meeting" as visible buttons, pushing less-used actions like "Create Task" into overflow.
Things to know:
This is a per-view setting, so different teams can prioritize different actions.
Actions a user doesn't have permission for are hidden entirely from the menu, not shown greyed out — so header configuration doesn't override permissions.
