The three-dot menu on a candidate profile holds every profile-level action that isn't inline editing: Submit to client, Lock/Unlock, Snooze, Unsubscribe, Pitch Candidate, Get public link, Get interest link, Clone as contact, Merge profiles, Send to..., Add Off Limit (admin only), and Delete.
Things to know:
Actions are grouped by category with separators; destructive actions (like Delete and Add Off Limit) sit at the bottom in red.
Any action you don't have permission for is hidden entirely, not shown disabled — the menu only shows what you can actually do.
"Edit" is not in this menu — it was removed entirely in favor of inline editing.
