Written by Amogh Balikai

Status banners appear above the profile header in a fixed priority order: Off-limits, then Snoozed, then Locked.

Status

Who can act

Action available

Off-limits

Admin only

Remove; detail view available to all users

Snoozed

Users with edit scope in their ownership boundary

Unsnooze

Locked

AIRA suggestions

Any user with view scope

View — scrolls to the AIRA surface

Multiple statuses: when two or more are active, they collapse into a single row with a chevron to expand each one individually, capped at four statuses shown at once.

Things to know:

  • Even users without permission to act on a status can still see that it's active.

  • Off-limits can only be removed by an admin, regardless of who set it.
