Snoozing sets a candidate aside so they resurface for review at a chosen date, without removing them from anything else.
To snooze: click the three-dot menu on the profile → Snooze → choose a date and time → save. You need edit scope and the candidate needs to be within your ownership boundary.
To unsnooze: click "Unsnooze" directly on the Snoozed status banner.
Example: A candidate who's unavailable until next quarter can be snoozed to resurface automatically instead of cluttering your active pipeline view in the meantime.
Things to know:
Only users with edit scope within their ownership boundary can unsnooze.
Snoozing doesn't affect the candidate's stage or job associations.
