On the Adaptive Job Profile, some settings belong to you and some belong to the whole account. On the Pipeline tab the split is simple.

These stay with you across sessions and never change what a teammate sees.

Set for the whole account
Where the Pipeline tab sits in the tab bar is controlled by an Admin in Layout Settings. It follows the standard flow: changes go live for everyone only after the Admin clicks Publish.
Not saved
Your row selection isn't kept. It clears when you change the stage filter or switch between Kanban and Table.
Example
One recruiter works the job in Kanban with company and LinkedIn on each card. Her colleague uses Table view with a custom compensation column. They're both looking at the same candidates and the same data, each in the layout that suits their work.
Things to know
If a teammate says their columns look different from yours, that's expected. Each person's view is their own.
Admins can reposition the Pipeline tab, but they can't hide it or add extra cards to it.
