Find every candidate or contact who's been unsubscribed from emails, so you can review the list or resubscribe people who opted out by mistake.
What unsubscribing does
When a candidate or contact is unsubscribed, all email communication to that profile stops until you resubscribe them. This applies whether they unsubscribed themselves (via an unsubscribe link) or someone on your team unsubscribed them manually.
How to find unsubscribed profiles
Go to Advanced Search.
Choose whether you're searching Candidates or Contacts.
Click Add Filter and select Profile Status.
From the dropdown, choose Unsubscribed.
Example
A recruiter notices their campaign reply rates have dropped and wants to check how many contacts have unsubscribed over the last quarter. They run this search, export the list, and review it alongside their campaign sending limits to rule out a deliverability issue.
Things to know
Run this search separately for Candidates and Contacts — Profile Status filters apply to one entity type at a time.
To resubscribe someone, open their profile and reverse the unsubscribe action. See Unsubscribing (and Resubscribing) Candidates and Contacts from Emails.
Save this search as a Saved Search if you want to monitor it regularly.
